Worry Box
At Crowcroft Park Primary, we understand that sometimes children might have worries or concerns they need help with. That’s why we have worry boxes around the school and in classrooms. These boxes are a safe space for children to share anything that’s on their mind, no matter how big or small it may seem.
All children need to do is write down their worry on a piece of paper and drop it in the box. Teachers check the boxes regularly and will offer support and guidance to help with any challenges they’re facing.
We also have an online Worry Box. This is really helpful if children feel worried outside of school hours or if something happened during the day and they weren’t ready to talk about it at the time. They can use the online Worry Box from home, whenever they feel ready.
All children have been given a password to log in and share their worry.
If you have a worry, big or small, you can send a message through the Worry Box. Your message will go to Mrs Francis, who is here to help if something is bothering you. She will speak to you quietly and talk to your teachers if needed, to help you feel better.
Please use the text box below to send your worry, and don’t forget to include your name and class. Remember, this box is for worries only — it’s not a chatter box!
Everyone has worries from time to time, and some people worry more than others. The Worry Box is here for you whenever you need it, as often or as little as you like.
